If you are experiencing problems with faxing, you may need to reboot your Cisco SPA112 Telephone Adapter. This should only be done after being directed to do so by a member of the Masiero Tech Group team. To do this, follow the instructions below:
- Remove the power cable from the rear of the device...
- Wait 5 seconds and reconnect the power cable.
- Attempt to fax again.
